Vedic Counselling
Vedic counselling is thousands of years old and finds its origins from the learned teachings of ancient rishis, gurus, acharyas, often taught from their ashrams situated atop mountains, in dense forests, serene locales in difficult terrain. These teachings, over millennia, passed into Vedic texts and treatises, scriptures and epics. These teachings helped mankind to lead an ideal life, overcome emotions and sorrows, achieve success and satisfaction and live in harmony with fellow-beings and mother nature. These are practiced till date with positive results and success.
Counselling and Rituals profusely draws from this heritage wisdom and science, converts this into an impeccable art of counselling dedicated to problem resolution, exemplary lifestyles, health, peace, achievement, spirituality and sync with nature, using tools like the Vedic principles itself, yoga, rituals, pujas, psychology, psychometry, emotional intelligence, self-control, self-realisation etc.
Vedic counselling is the path to leading a clean life in conformity with the Vedic knowledge and instructions. Vedic knowledge is an amalgam of knowing the self, as well as knowing the cosmos, to guide us in the path of observance of Dharma and live in seamless oneness with mother nature and the universe, goading us to take up right awareness, thoughts, actions, relationships, life and lifestyle. Vedic counselling does not impose any restrictions, but brings about an inherent, positive and gradual change to realise one’s self, realise the people and universe around us, and live in perfect unison with all external forces and powers.
A Vedic counsellor is a well-informed, well-rounded life guide. He understands his clients, analyses their strengths and weaknesses, devises right path to cleanse, and uses apt tools with telling effect and soothing precision. His approaches draw from Vedic knowledge, minute understanding of Dharma as well as of the client, he corelates actions with outcomes, and above all, treats the diseases, NOT THE SYMPTOMS. His end product is an informed, elevated, happy client who lives in perfect unison with himself, others and nature.
Vedic counselling comprises one or more or all of the branches like Vedas, Vedanta, Yoga, Ayurveda, Vaastu, Astrology, Palmistry, Numerology, Face-reading, Pujas, Rituals, Yagnas, Homas, Japas etc., again each one of these having many micro specialisations embedded.
A Vedic counsellor can also be a general counsellor, but all general Counsellors cannot be successful Vedic counsellors.
